The process begins when you contact Beth Rasmussen or Penny Reynolds by phone at 817.249.6266 or send us your current resume by FAX at 817.249.6466, or e-mail us at thensight@aol.com. Any way you choose to communicate with us, you will communicate directly with a Professional Organizational Consultant who will discuss your background and career goals confidentially with you.

If you do not have a resume already, we will complete the process from start to finish for you.  We will ask you to fill out a short form ON-LINE FORM and will communicate with you by phone or e-mail. We will prepare a draft of your resume. We will then discuss this draft with you by phone, FAX or e-mail, and then prepare the final draft.

Your personal consultant will ask you questions to develop information and ensure that you include all of the skills and experience that will bring you the results you want—interviews. From this question and answer consultation, your personal consultant  will tell you what strengths are apparent based on the conversation and information you have provided. The consultant will also provide strategies to overcome any objections that your prospective employer might have.

Cost of Service
Our resume development prices are very reasonable and based on the complexity of the project, your background, and objective. Our basic package includes 15 original prints and 1 master for fax usage. Prices for composition from scratch range from $75 to $250 based upon level of complexity.  We would be happy to give you a free, no obligation quote and explain our writing process.
