The Positive Impressions Questionnaire (PIQ) is an untimed assessment presenting 50 multiple-choice questions that measure traits to define the type of impression an individual make on others.  There are five topics covered in this report.  These are: Self-Perception, Emotional Identification, Synergy, Communication Style and Integrity.

Self-Perception measures an individual’s candor and self-esteem. Candor tells us how consistent a respondent was in their answers.  The lower the score, the more consistent and honest the responses.  Self-Esteem is how a person views himself/herself in comparison to others.
