HIRING STUDY PARTICIPANTS

If you have been selected by your employer to participate in our hiring standards study, please read the following.  This study will establish a new hiring standard for customer service professionals and the derived standard will provide a blueprint of the personality style that best fits this position and that will be able to obtain optimum effectiveness in the position.

This is an untimed 50-question personality questionnaire that can be completed in approximately 20 minutes. The assessment can be completed in paper form or  from our  web site.   Please call us at 817.249.6266 or email us at testing@nsightsuccess.com to let us know your name, your company name and the method by which you would prefer to respond to the questionnaire. We will accommodate the preference that best fits your individual need. If you choose the on-line version, we will need to give you a code to access the assessment.  After you have received your code, select www.iNSighttest.com to respond to the assessment on-line. If you wish to respond to the assessment in paper/pencil format, select PAPER VERSION to print the written version of the assessment.

The data provided by this questionnaire lends insight regarding topics such as Self Perception, Emotional Identification, Synergy, Communication Style and Integrity.  Participating companies will receive a 5-6 page report on their evaluee on a complimentary basis. 

Also, the hiring standards study results will be shared with all participating members upon completion.  Not to worry, the results are compiled and presented only as a group.  No individual results will be disclosed in the study- we ensure your privacy.
